Return Policy

At Krafty G-Ma Kre8tions LLC, every item is made with care, creativity, and attitude. Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, please read our return policy carefully before placing your order.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Custom & Personalized Items

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is a printing/manufacturing error
  • You received the wrong item

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Personalized graduation items
  • Custom apparel
  • Memorial items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products/downloads

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right. Please email us at kgkcre8tions@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we may offer:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if applicable)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by KGKre8tions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
