Processing Times
Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, processing times vary depending on the item ordered.
Standard Processing Time:
- Custom Orders: 5–14 business days
- Ready-to-Ship Items: 3–5 business days
During busy seasons such as:
- Graduation season
- Holidays
- Special collection drops
processing times may be extended.
Customers will be notified if significant delays occur.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Custom & Graduation Orders
Graduation and event-related items should be ordered as early as possible.
KGKre8tions is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Late customer submissions
- Delayed approval of proofs
- Shipping carrier delays
- Incorrect shipping information
Rush orders may be available for an additional fee depending on availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if provided at checkout).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided:
- KGKre8tions is not responsible for lost packages
- Additional shipping fees may apply to resend packages
Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, KGKre8tions is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Delayed deliveries
- Damaged packages caused by carriers
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located:
- Please contact your local carrier first
- Then contact us if additional assistance is needed
Local Delivery & Pickup
Local pickup or delivery may be available for select orders in the Camden, New Jersey area.
Customers will receive pickup instructions once the order is ready.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping availability may vary. Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping insurance may be available at checkout for added protection on your order.
